-Pool heating is extra and costs $120/day. It may be requested for all or none of your stay (but we cannot heat the pool for partial stays).

🛠️ Maintenance The grounds and pool require upkeep. Cleaning and service is required to keep it in good shape.

By booking, you agree that maintenance may occur during your stay.

To keep our pools in good condition, they are serviced several times per week.

In some cases, guests may need to exit the pool during service, or for an hour or more after the pool is serviced and levels are balanced.

⚠️ Pool Controls Please do not touch any of the pool controls. Touching other controls may result in your not being able to use or heat the pool, or stop the circulation from flowing in general.

🏖️ Pool Use & Outdoor Debris Due to natural outdoor conditions, especially in desert or wooded environments, leaves and other debris may occasionally be blown into the pool. While our maintenance team services the pool regularly, it may take time to address debris between visits. This is considered a normal and expected occurrence and does not render the pool unusable. As such, it shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund, cancellation, or complaint.

🔇 Sound Quiet hours start at 9 PM. We ask that any loud voices be brought inside at that time. Please no yelling or loud conversations outside after 9 PM; it is best to bring the group inside then. Quiet enjoyment of the pool and outside area after 9 PM is fine.

🎥 Surveillance There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. There are noise volume monitors.

🔊 Any Time of Day The use or operation of any sound production device in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.

If the neighbors can hear it, it’s likely too loud, any time of day.

👥 Occupancy & Additional Guest Fees The rate covers up to 16 guests. An additional guest fee of $50 per person per night applies for any guests over the initial 16. Maximum occupancy is 24 guests.
