• Parking: Outdoor parking is limited to 3 vehicles in designated spaces. Street parking is strictly forbidden, and parking placards must be displayed to avoid a $500 fine.
• Noise: Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM per County Ordinance. No loud music or excessive noise is permitted; violations may result in a $1,000 fine.
• Restrictions: No parties or gatherings, no smoking inside, and no pets allowed. The minimum age to book is 25.
