Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property, on the deck, and in the hot tub.
• Pets: 1-2 dogs are welcome with a $50 fee per stay. Pit Bull breeds, cats, and other animals require prior permission. Pets must be leashed and controlled on community property.
• Parking: No trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles are allowed on the narrow neighborhood road or driveway. Please coordinate with the host for designated parking areas.
