This property is a combined listing of three studio units, allowing you to book as a group while maintaining your own private sanctuary. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each individual unit is fully self-contained with its own kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping arrangements. Unit A features a queen-size sofa bed in the living area; Unit B provides a queen-size bed and a double air mattress; and Unit C offers a queen-size bed along with two single beds.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the spaces are thoughtfully designed for comfort. Each kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker. For your convenience, the property includes a coin washer and dryer, as well as mini splits that provide AC to keep you cool. Outside, you can soak up the Cali sun on the relaxing patio or chill out by the BBQ after a day of exploration.

Located in a prime spot, you are just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to the stunning Coronado Beach. You'll be perfectly positioned to explore local restaurants or take a scenic boat ride around San Diego bay before returning to the comfort of your smart TVs.

• Please remove all trash and use the designated bins: Gray for Trash, Blue for Recycling, and Green for Yard waste
• Be mindful of linens; excessive stains may incur replacement charges (make-up removing pads are provided)
• The property uses NoiseAware technology to monitor volume levels and ensure compliance with Good Neighbor policies; this system does not record audio.
