This freshly renovated studio is designed for comfort and ease, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 comfy memory foam topped queen bed and 1 private bathroom. The open living and sleeping area is equipped with a 40" Smart TV for an at-home movie experience, while the fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a convenient stay. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing patio to soak up the Cali sun.

While the studio offers a private sanctuary, you will have access to shared complex amenities. For those heading to the shore, each unit comes with a dedicated beach wagon including beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys. After a day of exploring, you can chill out by the BBQ, go for a relaxing scooter ride, or utilize the shared coin washer and dryer located within the complex. For climate control, the unit is equipped with mini split AC.

The property is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, placing you just steps away from fabulous restaurants, cozy coffee houses, and boutique shopping. You are also located right across the bay from downtown San Diego, making it easy to take a boat ride and explore the city.

• Parking: Limited spots are available in a private garage for $25 per night (subject to availability; clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches).
• Pets: Not allowed
• Noise Policy: The home is equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party system that monitors volume levels to comply with Good Neighbor policies (no audio recording).
• House Rules: Please do not remove or unplug any hardware at the property to avoid additional fees. Guests are asked to remove all trash and place it in the proper outdoor bins (Gray for Trash, Blue for Recycling, Green for Yard waste). Please use provided make-up removal pads to avoid excessive stains on linens, as replacement charges may apply.
