This freshly renovated condo is designed for maximum relaxation. The layout features one bedroom with one comfortable queen-sized bed topped with memory foam, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The space also includes one private bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen for your convenience. After a day spent exploring San Diego bay by boat or strolling through the village, you can unwind in the living and sleeping area featuring a 40" Smart TV for an at-home movie experience. Step outside to your own relaxing patio to soak up the beautiful Cali sun.

While the studio is your private sanctuary, you have access to several convenient shared facilities within the complex, including a BBQ area and a coin-operated washer and dryer. To make your beach excursions effortless, each unit comes provided with a beach wagon stocked with towels, an umbrella, chairs, and sand toys.

• House Rules: This home is equipped with NoiseAware to monitor volume levels for Good Neighbor policy compliance. We kindly ask guests to remove all trash and use the designated bins (Gray for trash, Blue for recycling, Green for yard waste). To protect our linens, please use the provided make-up removal pads; excessive stains may incur replacement charges.
