This freshly renovated, upper-level second story unit is designed for comfort and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements feature 1 bedroom with 1 king-sized bed and a living room couch that folds into a queen sleeper, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Each space is complemented by 1 private bathroom.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker. The living area offers an at-home movie experience with a 55" Smart TV, and the bedroom is kept cool with a wall-mounted mini-split air conditioning unit. Outside, you can soak up the Cali sun on the relaxing back patio or chill out by the BBQ. To make your beach days effortless, the unit includes a beach wagon stocked with towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys. Additional conveniences include a shared coin washer and dryer located within the complex.

Nestled in the heart of Coronado's picturesque downtown, the bungalows are just a block from Orange Avenue, the island's main street. You are steps away from fabulous restaurants, cozy coffee houses, and boutique shopping, all while being positioned right across the bay from downtown San Diego.

• Parking: Limited spots are available in a private garage for $25 per night (clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches); please request in advance.
• Pets: Not allowed

House Rules & Policies:

• No parties on the premises (violation fee: $200)
• No climbing onto the roof (violation fee: $500)
• Do not remove or unplug any hardware/technology at the property to ensure smooth operations; doing so may incur fees.
• Please use provided make-up removal pads for linens; excessive stains may result in replacement charges.
• Trash must be placed in proper outdoor cans: Gray for trash, Blue for recycling, and Green for yard waste.
