Welcome to Solmar at Terra Lago – a tranquil lakefront retreat in the quiet, gated community of Terra Lago, just 30 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Set apart from neighboring homes with no direct wall-to-wall neighbors, this peaceful escape offers added privacy and wide-open views for the ultimate desert getaway.

This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the lake with a king bed and ensuite bath featuring dual vanity and walk-in closet. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: a king bedroom with ceiling fan and closet, a room with double full beds and smart TV, plus a cozy bedroom with twin-over-full bunk bed perfect for kids. The fifth bedroom downstairs offers a king bed with ensuite bath and designated workspace.

The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with extensive cookware, small appliances, and everything needed to prepare family meals. The dining table seats 8, while the kitchen island with bar stools invites casual conversation. We provide starter consumables including coffee, seasonings, dish soap, and laundry essentials, plus body towels, pool towels, and a welcome gift basket.

Outdoor living takes center stage with a private pool featuring smart automation system, fire pit with seating for 4, and stainless steel BBQ with bar table for al fresco dining. The covered pergola includes bistro seating and 50-inch smart TV for outdoor entertainment. Recent backyard additions include mounted TV, additional bar seating, and extra lounge chairs around the pool.

Located in the serene Terra Lago community with lake access, this retreat offers the perfect base for exploring the desert or simply unwinding by the water. The gated setting provides security and tranquility, while the lakefront location offers stunning views and peaceful moments.

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM. Pool heating available for $50/day at 90 degrees (free for stays of 3+ nights booked after December 10th, 2025). Pets welcome. Housekeeping available at extra cost. EV charging on-site. Long-term stays and luggage drop-off allowed.

- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES --
1. Absolutely NO lake access per Terra Lago community rules. Guests will be immediately evicted.
2. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.
3. Pool heating is an extra $50/day, and the pool will be heated to 90 degrees. If you’d like the pool heated, we require 24 hours' advance notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
7. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. There is absolutely NO overnight parking allowed in Terra Lago. The community will issue a fine.
8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.
9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
10. An additional cleaning fee of $130 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
11. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
