This ground-level retreat is designed for families and adventurers, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a guest capacity of up to 5 people. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for flexibility: one bedroom features a bunk bed (one double and one twin), while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with an optional side bed and direct patio access. The entire home is elevated by the warmth of heated concrete floors throughout.

Inside, you will find a spacious open-concept living area and kitchen bathed in light from large, bright windows. The interior is equipped for a relaxing stay with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an espresso machine and Chemex for the perfect morning brew. The bathroom is stocked with eco-friendly PURE products made right here in Quebec.

Outdoor living is central to the Le Nomade experience. The property features two distinct chill zones accessible via patio doors, including a furnished dining area and a year-round wood-burning fire pit. From April to November, guests can enjoy the BBQ for alfresco meals.

Located in La Conception, you are ideally situated just 15 to 20 minutes from the excitement of Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Blanc. For those seeking water activities, the free Rivière-Rouge beaches are only 5 minutes away, offering kayaking, paddleboarding, and tubing. Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures may be requested for a fee (The Planner at $20/hour or The Flexpass at $50 for 1 PM access; late check-outs at $25/hour), subject to written approval. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay; please note pets must not be left alone without a crate. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, no parties are allowed, and a sound monitoring system is in place to respect our neighbors.
