This unique retreat is designed around the seven continents and set on 13 private acres, offering a cross between ultra chic style and relaxing fun with breathtaking views that are simply unmatched.

This sprawling three-level custom home is configured with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are a global journey: the top level features an Asian themed king bedroom, an African themed king bedroom, and a European themed king master en-suite. The lower level houses an Antarctica themed king bedroom. For additional guests, the North American themed garage game room contains a set of bunk beds, and two twin rollaway beds are available behind a curtain near the fireplace.

The home is packed with unique features. The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living space, and a half bathroom. The lower level is an entertainment hub featuring a bar and kitchenette, a pool table, a gaming table for chess and checkers, a ping pong table, and a theater area with a 100” TV and nine reclining chairs. For the children, there is even a play sushi restaurant located under the stairs. Outside on the main level, guests can enjoy a massive hot tub, a propane grill, an outdoor couch set, and a fun igloo.

Located literally at the top of the mountain, Ponder Heights is a 10-minute drive from the main street below. The journey involves steep and winding turns through a neighborhood where you are likely to spot deer, turkeys, or the occasional bear. Due to this secluded location, most local attractions are approximately 20 minutes away.

• Identity verification (selfie with ID) required upon booking
• No third-party bookings, parties, events, smoking, or pets
• 4x4 all-wheel drive vehicle is MANDATORY during fall, winter, and spring due to snow
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs for this 3-level home
• Bear-proof trash carts are located at the driveway exit; guests must transport trash to these carts
• Please use caution outdoors as this is the Colorado wilderness
