Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The main floor boasts a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen with large, bright windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside. This level includes a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a primary suite featuring a queen bed, a workspace, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a convenient powder room complete the main level.

The basement is a dedicated haven for fun and relaxation. It houses a game room equipped with a pool table, a kid's gym, a climbing wall, and various toys and games. Sleeping arrangements downstairs include a bedroom with two bunk beds (consisting of two singles and two doubles) and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, all served by a full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub or take a dip in the seasonal heated pool (available approximately May to September). The exterior also features a screened gazebo, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ available from April to November, along with a small yard and lounging areas.

Located just a 650-meter, 8-minute walk from Ski Mont-Blanc, the property offers an "almost" ski-in/ski-out experience. It is also minutes away from the MB Park zone for mountain biking, water park activities, and lake access, as well as the Sentier des Cimes treetop walk. For those venturing further, Tremblant is just a 22-minute drive away.

Practical amenities for travelers include a boot dryer in the entrance hallway, an on-site secure locker for sports gear, and 4 free private parking spots.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out options are available with written approval for a fee. Please note that pets are not allowed and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to handle all amenities with care and respect the local community. Losing the locker key may result in a $75 fee.
