Welcome to our spacious holiday apartment in Oberau, Tirol, an ideal getaway designed specifically for large groups seeking a perfect blend of comfort and adventure near the ski slopes.

This expansive retreat is perfectly configured to accommodate up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are meticulously organized to ensure maximum privacy, featuring 8 bedrooms. Seven of these rooms offer a double bed, while two of the bedrooms provide both a double bed and a bunk bed. To guarantee a seamless morning routine for everyone, the layout includes 8 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

While the property offers a wealth of facilities, please note that general amenities are provided as follows:
