The property is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements provide versatility for any group: the first floor features one bedroom with a king bed and another with a queen bed. The second floor hosts a large bunkroom with three daybeds (each with trundles) and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. For the fifth bedroom, a cozy sleeping area—formerly the Captain's office—features two daybeds, including one with a trundle.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room equipped with a Samsung 65" smart TV and a smart speaker for music and weather updates. The dining room comfortably seats 10, while the spacious eat-in kitchen boasts new appliances. Other interior highlights include a laundry room and a relaxing screened sunroom, perfect for quiet afternoons.
