Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 beds to accommodate up to 7 guests. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, the second features a king bed with exclusive access to a private balcony, and the third is equipped with a bunk bed consisting of one double and one twin. The home is completed by 1 full bathroom.

Inside, the spacious open-concept living room and kitchen are bathed in light from large, bright windows. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a Smart TV, a record player, a foosball table, and a Pac-Man arcade station with over 14 games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Climate is kept comfortable year-round with a gas fireplace, wall-mounted A/C, and electric heaters. For families, the chalet is well-prepared with a high chair, baby transat, playpen with mattress, and various toys and board games.

Outdoor living is a highlight with a large terrace offering lake views, a hot tub, and furnished lounging areas. From April to November, guests can enjoy the BBQ and wood fire pit. The property also provides two kayaks and two canoes for exploring the nearby semi-private lake access, located just a one-minute walk away.

• Parking: 6 on-site spaces. Note: The entrance is steep; a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended from November to April.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a $100 fee per pet per stay (permission required for multiple pets). Pets must not be left unattended without a crate.
• Rules: No parties allowed. Please respect the neighborhood and handle all amenities with care.
