About Property

Discover The Quartz, a hidden woodland gem in Chertsey, Quebec, where architectural design meets total forest immersion. This stunning chalet offers a unique escape into the natural heart of Lanaudière, providing a peaceful sanctuary just about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal.

This architectural three-level property is designed for cozy comfort and charm, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a private entrance leading to Bedroom 1, which features a queen bed, a work desk, and an ensuite bathroom, as well as Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and direct terrace access. Both ground-floor rooms benefit from heated floors. The mezzanine hosts Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and a dreamy remote-work station, kept comfortable with a wall-mounted A/C.

The heart of the home is located on the second floor, featuring an open-concept living area with large, bright windows that bring the forest inside. This level includes a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with an oversized island and Nespresso Original coffee machine, and a relaxing indoor dry sauna. The second bathroom is also located here, featuring heated floors and eco-friendly PURE products made in Quebec.

Step outside to the furnished screened-in terrace to enjoy the property's most exclusive feature: a hot tub that is unmatched in the domain. From April to November, guests can enjoy the outdoor BBQ and wood fire pit.

Nestled in the breathtaking nature of Chertsey, the property is steps away from the Forêt Ouareau Regional Park's trails and waterfalls. Local highlights include Terre des Bisons (8 min), Rawdon Beach (15 min), and the Tournée des Cantons. In winter, Ski Montcalm and Val Saint-Côme are within a 25-40 minute drive.
