1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Early check-in: Must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee. Check-out: 11:00 AM | Late check-out: Must be approved in advance. Unapproved late checkouts may result in fees:
• 30+ minutes late: $50 fee
• 1+ hour late: Additional nightly rate may apply
• Guests are expected to adhere to check-in and check-out times to ensure proper cleaning and preparation for the next stay.

2. Smoking Policy:

• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vaping, and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside our home. Due to the difficulty of removing smoke odors, violations will result in a $500 fine

3. Footwear and Furniture Policy:

• Shoes are to be worn outdoors only; disposable indoor slippers are provided for your comfort.
• Please refrain from placing dirty feet or jumping on furniture.

4. Quiet Hours:

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

5. Check-Out Procedures:

• Leave the house the way you found it (no need to make or strip beds).
• Place used towels in the bathtub or shower.
• Ensure dishes are placed in the dishwasher or sink.
• Take trash and recycling out to the bins provided.

6. Extra Guests Policy:

• Reservations exceeding 12 guests will incur an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. Please ensure accurate guest counts when booking.

7. Pet Policy:

• We’re delighted to welcome up to two dogs per visit for an additional fee of $150 per pet. This helps ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests. To make your stay easier, we provide large dog crates, blankets for the furniture, and towels to help clean off your pup’s wet or dirty fur before they come inside.
• For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs be supervised at all times, both indoors and outdoors, and not be left unattended inside the home or in the yard. While we love our furry guests, we ask that dogs stay off the furniture unless covered with one of our provided blankets.
• To keep our home and yard clean, please pick up after your pet. We provide convenient receptacles and poop bags on-site to make cleanup easy. Failure to pick up after your pet will result in additional cleaning charges. While we understand that a little shedding is natural, excessive pet fur left behind may also result in extra cleaning fees. - Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, such as chewing or scratching, and any necessary repairs will be documented and billed accordingly.

8. No Events or Parties:

• Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed on the property. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors.

9. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before arrival, subject to a 5% processing fee.
