The layout consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. To ensure a cozy environment during winter months, the home features radiant heated floors and three fireplaces, including a kiva fireplace and wood-burning stoves. Because of the ancient building methods that naturally regulate temperature, there is no AC; instead, fans and open windows circulate nighttime air during the summer.

For those seeking a balance of productivity and peace, the home is equipped with Starlink Internet and a dedicated remote workstation. This setup includes a Samsung M80C 4k monitor, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, and USB-C adaptor, all positioned by a large window for desert views. The monitor doubles as a smart TV and can be moved to the living room for movie nights, as the living area is intentionally kept free of a permanent TV to encourage an unplugged experience.

Outside, guests are invited to explore the stunning private box canyon and the surrounding acreage using leave-no-trace principles. The property also features an outdoor fire pit with a cooking grate and a Weber grill (BYOC).

Location & Neighborhood: Located in El Rito, the property is just 10 minutes from the center of Abiquiu and the Georgia O'Keeffe Welcome Center. It is a perfect base for exploring Northern New Mexico, with the Georgia O'Keefe House Museum (13 min), Abiquiu Lake (21 min), Ghost Ranch (30 min), and Ojo Caliente Hot Springs (34 min) all within easy reach.
