Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM via a self check-in keypad, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. This is a smoke-free condo; smoking is prohibited inside and on the balcony. A mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee must be paid via the CHARGEautomation platform within 1 hour of booking to finalize the rental agreement. Please note that motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are prohibited on the resort property. Vehicles exceeding 6'8" in height must use designated resort parking across the street.
