• Policies: No parties are permitted on the house or property at any time. Guests are asked to respect neighbors; loud music, yelling, and noise are prohibited, with a strict quiet hour starting at 11:00 PM.
• Property Notes: This home is a duplex dedicated to short-term travelers; while entrances are on opposite sides and soundproofing has been implemented, the boat dock is shared. Please note the bathroom features a stand-up shower rather than a bathtub, and there is no dishwasher. Due to the highway location, road noise is present when outdoors. The lake is private and ideal for fishing and boating, but it is not a swimming lake due to mucky shorelines.
