Designed for comfort and convenience, the cabin features a layout consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 4. The interior boasts an open concept living area equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a screened porch for enjoying the fresh air. For added convenience, the space includes a stackable washer and dryer.

While the Little Cabin provides a private sanctuary, guests enjoy the perks of a sprawling 5-acre wooded lot. The property includes a private patio, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and a private outdoor dry sauna. Additionally, guests have shared access to a private tennis court and a 1/4 mile walking trail, which are shared with the nearby Clubhouse.

Located on Hyland Avenue in the Roy Lake Heights neighborhood on the East side of Upper Roy Lake, the cabin is situated among a mix of incredible year-round homes and seasonal cabins. It is one of the closest streets to downtown Nisswa, and the Paul Bunyan Trail is just a short 1-mile walk, bike ride, or drive away. The surrounding Brainerd Lakes Area is rich with great shops, restaurants, and recreational activities. Guests are encouraged to explore the local community, from the vibrant summer scene to winter highlights like the September Fall Festival, October's Oktoberfest, the Thanksgiving weekend Festival of Lights, and festive December holiday events.
