With open grass between you and the water and no shared driveways or neighboring music, you have the room to truly unwind.

The home is designed for togetherness, featuring a single-level layout where the kitchen, dining table, and living space merge into one open room, ensuring that whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, featuring a full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and an island large enough for three people to work together. For morning caffeine, both Keurig and drip coffee options are provided.

Sleeping arrangements are designed to keep everyone comfortable without anyone needing a sofa. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout includes a trundle room with two twin mattresses perfect for children, a full bed at the quiet end of the house, and another full bed with windows facing the property and the water. Room-darkening shades and extra pillows are provided throughout.

As the sole occupants of the property, you have full access to the house, lawn, deck, fire pit, pergola, and shoreline. For outdoor recreation, you will find four kayaks and life jackets, a grill, a porch swing, and disc golf on the lawn. Inside, the home is equipped with a full bathroom, washer and dryer, central air and heat, and ceiling fans.

Practical details include check-in starting at 4:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM via keypad access. Pets are welcome (up to two dogs) with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parties and events are not permitted, and a maximum of six guests is enforced. Guests are asked to be reasonable with noise after 10:00 PM and to check for county burn bans before using the fire pit.
