The property is conveniently located next to the Eixample neighborhood and is close to the Poble Sec metro station (Line 3). Nearby, you can explore Sant Antoni, known for its historic marketplace and the iconic Els Tres Tombs bar. For those traveling to the airport, the Aerobus at Plaça España provides a quick and efficient connection.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that non-agreed late check-outs will incur a charge of 100€ per hour.

Registration & Taxes: Guests must self-register via the Chekin platform to provide mandatory ID/passport information and pay the Catalan city tax (9.50€ per guest over 17 per night, up to 7 nights). Virtual keys are provided on the day of arrival.

House Rules: This is a residential building; guests must respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. Parties, drugs, and loud noise are strictly forbidden and may result in a 400€ penalty and eviction. Smoking indoors carries a 100€ charge plus cleaning fees. Lost keys will be charged at 100€ per key. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for leaving the apartment in a respectable condition.
