This second-floor retreat features 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary with a king bed, HDTV with DirecTV Stream, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and HDTV with DirecTV Stream, with a second full bathroom conveniently located across the hall. For additional sleeping space, the welcoming living room includes a sofa that converts into a queen mattress.

Designed with a spacious floor plan, the interior connects the living area to a dining room that seats six and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, drip-coffee maker, ice-maker, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, freezer, and microwave. Step through the sliding doors to your private deck facing west toward Beach Road, an ideal spot for morning coffee or enjoying the ocean breeze.

Beyond the condo, you will find a fenced and covered shared outdoor space on the ground floor, featuring lounge chairs and a shared gas grill for festive BBQs. Guests also have access to shared laundry facilities and an outdoor sand cleaning station.

Location is everything here: the beach access point is a mere 100 steps away, and the charming Siesta Village—with its cafes, fine dining, and local shopping—is less than a 5-minute walk. For those exploring the island, the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley operates nearby from 8 AM to 10 PM daily.

Practical details include two reserved parking spaces in a carport. For families, complementary cribs, highchairs, toys, and baby monitors are available upon request. Guests are also provided with beach essentials, including towels, chairs, an umbrella, a blanket, a cooler, and a beach cart.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. A security deposit hold of $500 is required at check-in.
