Please note that the roads leading to the property are curvy, narrow, and steep. The nearest bus stop is approximately a 20-minute walk away, with a bus ride to Thun train station taking about 30 to 40 minutes.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking indoors or on the balcony. No parties. No drones on or around the property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM, and noise sensors are in place.
• Facilities: Fireplace and BBQ are not available. No air conditioning is provided, though fans are available for guest comfort. Heating is available from October until the end of April.
• Rural Note: Due to the countryside setting, insects and spiders may occasionally appear. Additionally, duvets and some pillows contain natural feathers and down.
• Other: A non-refundable CHF 30 damage waiver fee is required. The property includes a ground-floor apartment occupied by a neighbour with a separate independent entrance to ensure privacy.
