There is plenty of space for both kids and adults to engage in a variety of activities, including volleyball, bocce ball, can jam, frisbee, soccer, and badminton, or simply to relax by the water. For guests wishing to explore the lake, a boat rental is available (options include a 23 ft Bennington Pontoon for up to 12 people), with daily rates varying between $350 and $400 depending on the rental duration.

Located on a very quiet private road, the property offers a high level of privacy and tranquility. The owner lives next door to ensure any needs are met promptly. Please be aware that due to the nature of the private road, there is a strict 4 car maximum on the property; additional parking is available down on East Lake Road. Guests may occasionally see the owner at the property dock, as it holds the owner's boats.
