Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am

• Absolutely no smoking, parties, or pets allowed.
• Decorations ARE NOT allowed to be adhered to ANY painted surfaces. Unfortunately, previous guests have damaged the walls from tape and other adhesives. Please avoid this at all costs. I will be forced to charge you for any damage to my place - I don't want to do this!

SMOKING of any type is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guest will be charged a $500 fee if smoking has been detected in the loft.

PLEASE DO NOT USE WHITE TOWELS FOR MAKEUP: Please use only the small black towels to remove makeup. If white towels are stained from makeup, you may be charged $10 each.

EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES: Bodily fluids such as vomit, blood, or others found in the unit can lead to a Hazardous Fluid Cleanup charge of $400.

An additional cleaning charge of $75 may occur if cleaning requires additional time due to mess left behind. This can be glitter or similar decorations that are timing consuming to pickup thoroughly, food, drink, trash, etc. Depending on the severity of the mess, this charge could increase without a cap. I reserve the right to charge any necessary amount. Please take care of my place :)

HOLDOVER: If I have not permitted a late check out and a guest remains on the premises after 10am, each guest will be charged $25 for each hour they remain inside the property.

QUIET HOURS: This complex can revoke my ability to rent my place if I there are noise complaints, so I really do take this seriously. Please be considerate and respectful of the neighbors and my place :)

If a noise complaint is received, we will notify you by phone call and/or phone message. If we receive a second complaint, the guest may be charged a $100 fine and potentially be asked to leave the property pending the conditions and severity.

PETS I'm sorry but I do not allow pets at this time. If it appears a pet in the property that has not been authorized, the guest will be charged a $150 fee. Cleaning companies charge premiums for any units that host pets and can lead to prolonged cleanings that disrupt other guests checking in.

PARTIES This is an amazing space that was carefully designed and furnished by your host, so please enjoy yourself responsibly and with the consideration of your neighbors who call this small complex home. Parties are not permitted on the property. A gathering is considered a party if it includes others that are not guests of the property and the number of people exceeds the max capacity of the unit itself (8).

If I am notified of a party on the property, we will ask you to have your unauthorized guests leave. If our request is ignored, you will incur a $100 unauthorized guest fee.
