This peaceful four-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex occupies the second and third floors of a beautiful Bayonne home, offering a spacious and inviting sanctuary perfect for large groups.

This expansive residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 16 guests. The main level on the second floor features a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bath. This floor also hosts a stylish family room complete with a Cloud sectional for additional sleeping space, a 65” smart TV, a library, and board games for group entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen is also located here, specifically designed for cooking large meals for your entire party.

The upper level on the third floor provides three additional bedrooms to ensure everyone sleeps soundly: one bedroom features a king bed and a twin-over-full bunk, another contains a queen bed with twin bunk beds, and the third offers two twin beds. For those needing extra arrangements, air mattresses and bassinets are available upon request in advance.

Located in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood in Bayonne, New Jersey, the home is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and corner stores. Guests can enjoy tree-lined sidewalks or utilize the convenient transit options just blocks away, including a bus line and the light rail for quick access to Jersey City, Hoboken, and New York City. The property is ideally situated for travelers, being only 5 minutes from Cape Liberty Cruise Port and 15 minutes from Newark Airport.

• House Rules: Quiet hours begin after 9:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited and carries a $500 fine. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $500 fee. Please return the parking lot remote key to the living room table upon departure to avoid a $500 replacement fee, and return the parking pass to avoid a $25 fine.
