The property is conveniently located within reach of Thun, Interlaken, and Bern. Please note that local roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. The nearest bus stop is approximately a 20-minute walk, with a 30-minute bus ride to Thun train station.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A mandatory ID verification and a CHF 30 non-refundable damage waiver fee are required.

House Rules:

• Quiet hours begin after 10 PM (noise sensors are in place, especially on the balcony)
• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors or on the balcony
• No parties or drones permitted
• Fireplace and BBQ are not available
• Note: This is a rural setting; insects and spiders may occasionally appear. No air conditioning is provided, though fans are available. Heating is provided from October through April.
