The layout includes 1 bathroom and 1 bed, accommodating up to 2 guests. To ensure year-round comfort, the space is equipped with a mini-split unit providing both heat and air conditioning. Guests will appreciate the dedicated walk-thru closet area complete with a full-length mirror and storage, as well as an ensuite toilet, vanity, and shower with hot water.
