• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Policies: No pets, no smoking (indoors or on balcony), and no parties. Quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM, particularly on the balcony, where noise sensors are in place. Drones are prohibited on or around the property.
• Fees: A CHF 30 non-refundable damage waiver fee is required.
• Seasonal Notes: No air conditioning (fans provided); heating is available from October through April.
