• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Check-in after 8:00 PM is not permitted per building rules)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking (indoors or on balcony), and no parties. Quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM, particularly on the balcony, where noise sensors are in place. Drones are prohibited on or around the property.
• Seasonal Notes: No air conditioning is provided (fans are available). Heating is available from October through April. As this is a countryside setting, small insects and spiders may occasionally appear.
• Additional Requirements: ID verification is mandatory. A CHF 30 non-refundable damage waiver fee is required.
• Allergy Notice: Duvets and some pillows contain natural feathers and down.
