Layout & Sleeping Arrangements The villa features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates 12 guests in standard configurations, with supplementary beds available to reach a total capacity of 15. Sleeping arrangements include:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (additional single bed available on request) with an en-suite bathroom and a smart TV in the master suite.
Bedroom 2: 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, with a hallway bathroom shared with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5: Double bed and a single bed, with a hallway bathroom.

The residence boasts a wonderful terrace and an amazing new modern open-plan kitchen and lounge that opens directly to the pool area. Additional features include a private pool, a south-facing garden, and a sheltered terrace perfect for chilling and al fresco dining. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a ping pong table, darts, 5G optic fiber internet, Bluetooth audio speakers, and Netflix. Location & Neighborhood Situated in an excellent location on the Costa del Sol, the villa is a 5-minute drive from Marbella and a 10-minute walk to the beach and beach bars. Guests can stroll along the illuminated seaside boardwalk, which leads all the way to Marbella town in about 30 minutes. For convenience, an Aldi supermarket is within a 10-minute walk, and the vibrant Puerto Banus is just a 15-minute drive away. Please note that while the interior is nice and quiet, the nearby motorway is audible when in the garden.

Additional rules
1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
5. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
6. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
7. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
8. The gardener must be granted access to the villa, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
9. The villa is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE.
10. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
11. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please)
2. Load the dishwasher and put it on
3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.
