Designed for connection and laughter, the home features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The main level is a space to gather and glow, boasting a chef's kitchen, a wraparound deck, and a 20-ft stone fireplace. The sleeping arrangements are meticulously designed for comfort: the primary king suite offers a workstation, Peloton bike, and an ensuite spa bath with a jacuzzi jetted tub; another king suite includes a crib; and the upper level features additional king suites and a twin room. For the youngest guests, the kids' playroom is a surf-shack play zone complete with slides, toys, and two trundle fort beds.

The lower level is dedicated to entertainment, often leading families to say they never want to leave. This "Arcade Heaven" includes a PS5, driving simulator, pinball, and foosball, alongside a private 9-seat cinema experience with surround sound. The indoor pool paradise features a 45-ft heated pool and an 85" TV lounge for swimming and streaming.
