There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. ●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. ● We will require all guests ID's prior to arrival in order to have them registered with the building ●A damage deposit of $250 to $500 may be required. ●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. ●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ●We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
