Perfectly positioned for those visiting LA, this bungalow is just 10 to 15 minutes from LAX and SoFi Stadium, making it an ideal base for catching a Rams game or working remotely in a new city.

The layout is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. To ensure a restful stay, the home is equipped with brand new memory foam mattresses and rainfall showers. Each bedroom has its own corresponding bathroom, providing ample space and convenience for all visitors.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home's interior is designed for full functionality. The space includes a full-size kitchen featuring an oven, stovetop, large fridge, and plenty of storage. For added convenience, guests have access to an in-unit washer and dryer and 2 smart TVs. The home is kept comfortable year-round with central heating and cooling. Outside, you will find a private backyard area with a patio and fire pit, offering a beautiful view of the neighborhood that is perfect for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings.

Located on a quiet street between Culver City and Ladera Heights, Windsor Hills is a peaceful, high-end area. Due to the neighborhood's layout, using a rental car, Uber, or Lyft is the best way to get around.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Free street parking is available (please be mindful of twice-weekly street sweeping). There is no driveway parking.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a fee of $175 per pet (maximum 2 pets).
• Rules: All guests must sign a digital rental agreement. Please note that The Bluffs is one of two units on the property; guests are asked not to disturb the residents of the main house.
• Security: Outdoor motion-triggered cameras are present for safety.

Additional fees include an $89 Damage Protection Fee. For direct bookings, a $1,000 refundable security deposit hold is required 2 days before checkout. Verification of ID and the credit card used for booking is mandatory to finalize the reservation.
