The property includes 1 bathroom, consisting of a rustic main bathroom with a hammered copper sink and shower/bath combo, as well as a convenient half bathroom on the ground floor.

• Access is via a half-mile unpaved private gravel road; a 5 MPH speed limit is recommended.
• In winter, the driveway is not regularly plowed; guests may need to clear small amounts of snow.
• One security camera is located in the driveway.
• Please be respectful of neighbors on either side of the cabin.
• While children are welcome, the home is not childproofed and lacks specific infant/toddler amenities.
• A guest verification, liability waiver, and refundable $1,000 security deposit are required after booking confirmation.
