Both rooms are designed for rest, featuring wall-mounted TVs, blackout custom window curtains and blinds, nightstands with lamps, full-size dressers, and closets with hangers. The first bedroom is further accented with unique wallpaper.

Inside, the living space is defined by designer furniture, local vintage decors, and a brand new sectional sofa and lounge chair. Guests can enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch Smart TV and stay connected with high-speed Wifi, all while staying comfortable with new central A/C for cooling and heating. The equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, dinnerware, a coffee machine with k-cups, a toaster, and a hot water kettle. For added convenience, there is a newer washer and dryer located in the unit with detergent provided. Because this is a side-by-side duplex, a soundproof wall panel has been added to ensure a peaceful stay.
