Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This spacious home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a 65” Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a closet, and its own 65” Smart TV. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a grey futon sofa and a red convertible chair. Please note that there is no TV in the living room.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with tiered fees ranging from $35 to $105. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet (maximum 2 pets, under 25 lbs each).

Strict policies include: no smoking, no baggage drop-off, and no parties or unauthorized guests (violations may result in a $1,000 fine). Guests must be 21+ to book. On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, which must be registered via the Pre-Arrival Form. A $200 replacement fee applies to lost key fobs.

Booking requires a signed Rental Agreement, Pre-Arrival Form, and Truvi ID verification. A non-refundable Truvi service fee of approximately $10 is required for damage protection screening.
