The sleeping arrangements include a first-floor primary suite with a king bed and deck access, a first-floor queen bedroom, and two second-floor bedrooms (one king, one queen) offering sweeping mountain views. For the kids or extra guests, the ground floor hosts a dedicated bunk room with two triple bunk beds (6 twins).

Inside, the grand living space impresses with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows. Accordion doors open to breathtaking panoramic views, while a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace, leather sofa, and cowhide accent chairs create a welcoming atmosphere. For entertainment, the ultimate game room and lounge area features a cozy sectional and a variety of activities including ping pong, foosball, darts, air hockey, a vintage arcade cocktail table, and Golden Tee Arcade.

Access to the property and bedrooms requires navigating stairs, meaning the home is not fully wheelchair accessible. The nearby Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is available seasonally for a daily fee paid in cash or check.
