House Rules

Noise Levels: Noise must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and excessive noise outdoors (e.g., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking) should be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times.

Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Smoking: No smoking is allowed on the property.

Pets: Pets are not allowed unless agreed to in writing beforehand.

Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the paved driveway, in the garage, or designated parking areas.

Parties and Events: Parties/events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

Neighbor Disturbance: If neighbors are disturbed, CLEVER VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.

Poolside Safety: No alcohol may be consumed poolside and no glass containers are allowed near the pool (if the property has a pool).

Property Care: Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order.

Appliance Use: Tenant may only use appliances for their intended purposes.

Overnight Guests: Only those included in your party may stay overnight. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Occupancy Limit: Guests may not exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit.

Mail and Packages: Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting.

Property Inspection: Renters are responsible for conducting a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home.

Trash Disposal: All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite bear box. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $1,000.

Hot Tub Rules: Hot tub use is strictly prohibited between 10 PM and 8 AM. Use during these hours will result in a $1,000 fine.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time.

Cleaning and Bed Linen

Dear guests! Upon check-in, you will be provided with clean bed linen and a set of towels. Cleaning in the apartment is done once — after your departure. If you require additional cleaning or a change of linens during your stay, please contact the administrator. These services are available for an additional fee, the cost of which can be confirmed with the administrator.

Dear Guests!

Please note that when booking the apartment for two people, only one set of bed linen and towels is provided. An additional set is available only when booking for three guests.

Also, please be aware that daily cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.
