The layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the second-floor primary suite, a queen bed in a second bedroom on the upper level, and another queen bed in a main-floor bedroom.

Spend your days curling up on one of the many porches for a lazy afternoon or winding down the evening at the rock fire pit. Inside, the epic great room provides a cozy sanctuary where you can warm up by the pellet stove when the mountain air cools.

Located in a remote, secluded area of the Blue Ridge, this home is a peaceful sanctuary, though guests should note it is approximately a 20-minute drive to the nearest full-service grocery store. Access involves steep mountain roads; during winter, four-wheel drive, snow tires or chains, and high-clearance vehicles are highly recommended to navigate potential snow-ins.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guests must be 25+ to book and must digitally sign a license agreement within 24 hours of reservation.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM per county ordinance. Noise monitoring devices and a front-door security camera are in use.
• No pets allowed. Please be aware that previous owners had pets, which may affect those with allergies.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin and on the decks.
• No fireworks, firearms, ammunition, hunting, or illegal drugs (including cannabis).
• Pool Season: Open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
• Septic System: Please do not flush feminine products or solid trash, and keep grease/oil out of drains.
• Guest Requirements: Strip used sheets and leave them on top of the beds upon departure.
