Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home accommodates up to 8 guests. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin beds. The second floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed, which is separated by a curtain from an additional space containing a bunk bed.

This cottage is fully equipped for relaxation and connectivity. Guests can enjoy the following features:

• High-speed WiFi for all videoconferencing and remote work needs
• Oversized fire pit for cozy evenings
• Hot tub for year-round enjoyment

Located along the top of the Blue Ridge, the property is renowned for its incredible vistas. Please be aware that the mountain roads and the driveway to the cottage are very steep. During winter months, four-wheel drive, snow tires or chains, and a vehicle with high clearance are highly recommended to navigate potential snow-ins. Parking is limited; the driveway near the house fits two cars, with two additional spots available at the top of the driveway near the road.

To ensure a peaceful stay, the following rules apply:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must sign a digital lodging agreement within 24 hours of reservation.
• Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM per county ordinance; noise monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance.
• No pets are allowed without exception.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house; outdoor smoking is permitted if debris is disposed of in the trash.
• Firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, and fireworks are strictly forbidden.
• A security camera is located at the front door and driveway for remote check-in and monitoring.
