Making a reservation represents agreement to follow the House Rules. House Rules violations void terms and conditions of rental agreement, which may result in reservation cancellation.

Non-Columbus area guests only. Must be 23 years of age with verified government ID and legal profile name/photo.

Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. $35+ fee for early check-in/ late check-outs; please request a minimum 24 hours prior. For the safety of all parties, please adhere to check-in and check-out times. There is a $100 fee for unapproved early check-in or late check-outs.

Additional guests/visitors not permitted without prior host approval. Persons on the premises past 9PM are subject to additional guest fees.

Pet dogs only are allowed for a fee of $50 per dog per day (up to $200 per month). Please notify us prior to your stay. If you are bringing your pet dog, please be courteous and clean up after them. An additional charge of $150 will apply for any damages/stains from your pet. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, additional pet and cleaning fees could apply. For insurance purposes we DO NOT ALLOW the following dog breeds: Akita, Chow, American-Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canario, or any mix of these breeds/any dog with a bite history.

Tampering with home’s exterior video cameras will result in immediate cancellation.

Parties, disorderly behavior, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside or on porches/deck areas and are subject to a $250 fine in addition to cleaning and repair costs.

Drugs, hazardous substances, weapons, candles, incense, and glitter are not permitted. The use of tape on the home’s walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.

All property damage must be reported to customer service; unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Quiet hours are 9PM to 9AM; inside and outside noise should be kept to a minimum. Please be courteous and respectful to neighbors.

Photography and filming must be approved by the host prior to booking. Location rates apply.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition it was found. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning fees or damages incurred during their stay.

Please double check that you have all of your items prior to leaving. There is a $50 handling fee, plus shipping costs, to return all left behind items.

This vacation rental is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

There is a noise monitor in this home to help keep noise to acceptable levels for all guests and our neighbors. This measures sound decibels only, no recordings or anything of that nature.
