This modern residence features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, each providing access to an external deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the early sun. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, equipped with two single bunks and a Smart TV. For added luxury, the master bedroom includes its own Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. A second bathroom provides both a shower and a relaxing bath, complemented by a separate toilet for extra convenience. Guests can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with unlimited gas-powered hot water.

The heart of the home is an inviting lounge featuring a gas fireplace to keep you warm during cooler months and a Smart TV for entertainment. The spacious dining area is designed for entertaining and is kept comfortable year-round with a heat pump/air conditioning system. The open-plan kitchen is fully stocked for a seamless stay. Step outside from the living area to an ample deck featuring a BBQ; please note the BBQ is provided 'as is' and must be cleaned after use. For practical needs, the home includes a washing machine and dryer located in the garage, as well as a fully gated backyard where little ones can run around safely.

You are just a short drive from a brand-new Countdown supermarket, delightful restaurants, and cafes like Lacus Café and Mavericks Bar.
