The residence provides an impressive 8,100 square feet of living space, ensuring plenty of room to get comfortable or keep the party going. The layout features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with 7 beds available to accommodate guests. For those seeking a high-energy experience, the property is uniquely equipped to sleep up to 40 people comfortably, making it the ideal destination for large family reunions or group retreats. The interior experience is anchored by the party barn, which boasts a dedicated media room, a stocked game room, and a massive 20-foot bar.

Step outside to find a playground of activities where we continue to push the boundaries of fun. Guests can stay cool on the 175-foot slip-and-slide that lands in a splash pool, or challenge friends to a round of mini golf and pickleball. The grounds also feature a 100-yard driving range with topgolf-style targets, a full-turf softball field perfect for kickball or baseball, and a stocked catch-and-release pond. When it is time to wind down, relax at the outdoor bar by the pool and grotto, or enjoy a cinematic experience on the 25-foot outdoor movie screen. Additional activities include basketball, volleyball, frisbee golf, and endless yard games.

Located just an hour south of Dallas, this retreat offers a secluded escape while remaining within reach of the city. Throughout the house, party barn, and outdoor areas, you will find flat-screen TVs equipped with DirectTV and Netflix for your entertainment.

• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be over 25 years old and present during the stay
• Restrictions: No guns or firearms are permitted on the property under any circumstances
• Property Access: Guests must remain on the property and are not permitted to access the neighboring neighborhood or the lake behind the estate
• Security: For safety, exterior cameras (video and audio) are located in the driveway and backyard, along with noise meters in the backyard area
