The main house provides 5 private bedrooms and 3 full baths, alongside an open kitchen, a wet bar, and a full laundry room. Complementing the main residence is the guest house, which boasts a full bath and an awesome upstairs room featuring a kitchenette and an 85" TV. The guest house also serves as an entertainment hub, featuring a massive 20-foot bar and game room equipped with two 70" TVs, a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, a poker table, and an arcade game. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor covered hang-out area and an upstairs covered deck providing a bird's-eye view of the property's activities.

Step outside to discover a playground of epic proportions. Whether you want to stay cool on the 240-foot water slide (including a 140-foot slip-and-slide that lands in a splash pool), practice your swing at the 90-yard driving range and mini topgolf, or unwind in the 20-person hot tub, there is something for everyone. The 15 acres are filled with endless yard games, including pickleball, basketball, volleyball, corn hole, ping pong, tetherball, a horseshoe pit, bocce ball, frisbee golf, and mini golf. For quieter evenings, gather around the firepit with wood provided.

• Security: For your safety, four exterior cameras recording video and audio are located on the driveway and backyard; there are no interior cameras.
