The residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate large gatherings, featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, supported by 4 bathrooms. While the structured capacity is set for 16 guests, the property offers plenty of living space to ensure everyone gets comfortable, including access to the main house, cabins, and the party barn.

The true heart of the retreat lies in its extraordinary outdoor offerings. Guests can start a new family tradition with a kickball or baseball game on the all-turf softball field, or test their swing at the 150-yard driving range featuring Topgolf-style targets. For those seeking active play, the grounds include pickleball, basketball, volleyball, frisbee golf, and endless yard games. When it is time to cool off, you can fly down the waterslide or relax in the pool and hot tub. As evening falls, you can catch the big game on the outdoor movie screen while unwinding at the bar.

Inside, the house and party barn are furnished with nice flat-screen TVs equipped with DirectTV and Netflix. The home provides essential comforts, including full kitchen supplies, bath and pool towels, soap, and coffee.

Located just outside of Abilene, this property serves as a private sanctuary for recreation and relaxation. To ensure a safe and secure stay, the premises are equipped with four exterior cameras that record video and audio, facing only the driveway and backyard; there are no cameras inside the home.
