For additional guests, the living room includes a grey futon sofa and a blue convertible chair. Please note there is no TV in the living area.

This unit is on the second floor with stair access only; there is no elevator. On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, which must be registered via the pre-arrival form to avoid towing.

• Pets are allowed: $100 fee per pet (max 2 pets, under 25 lbs each)
• Minimum age to book: 21 years
• No smoking, parties, events, or unauthorized guests (violations may result in a $1,000 fine)
• No baggage drop-off or luggage storage
• Secure contactless check-in requires ID verification and a rental agreement via Truvi, which includes a non-refundable service fee of approximately $10 for damage protection.
