The Master Bedroom offers a luxurious King-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a 65” Smart TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed, a closet, and its own 65” Smart TV. For additional guests, the living room provides a brown futon sofa and a gray convertible chair. Please note that while the bedrooms are entertainment-ready, there is no TV in the living room.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in (2:00 PM) and late check-out (12:00 PM) are available for a fee of $35 each. This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs only; there is no elevator in the building. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet (maximum 2 pets, under 25 lbs). Parking is available on-site for up to 2 vehicles, but registration via the Pre-Arrival Form is mandatory to avoid towing.

Strict policies are in place: No smoking, no baggage drop-off, and no parties, events, illegal substances, or unauthorized guests. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and must remain present during the stay. Please be aware that a mandatory ID verification, signed rental agreement, and a pre-authorization for a $500 damage deposit (with a $10 non-refundable service fee) are required via Truvi prior to receiving your digital access code.
