Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the home features 5 comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and boasts a king-sized bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor hosts four additional bedrooms, including one with two queen beds (bunk style), two with individual queen beds, and a second ensuite room with two queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV and walk-in closet. For extra guests, a high-quality queen air mattress and a twin-sized futon sofa bed are available.

Entertainment is the heart of this home, with an incredible array of activities including a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, a poker set, board games, and cornhole. Outside, you can enjoy a private large backyard featuring a spacious lawn, seating, and a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor dining.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests are reminded that street parking is not permitted. To maintain the property, lawn care teams visit every other week and may be seen working outside for approximately one hour. For non-Airbnb/non-HVMB bookings, a $10 non-refundable processing fee and a refundable $500 security deposit are required following an independent verification process. All guests must agree to the Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement upon booking.
